For years, I explored options for a more natural way of protecting and supporting my body, my mind, my heart. My skin had changed during pregnancy and we found ourselves fighting eczema and full body rashes because of teething and a number of other variables with our son.
I decided I needed something clean. Something I could trust. So I started making a cream that made sense for us. Natural ingredients and essential oils that together, became powerful combinations. Soon after, I started looking for ingredients that not only solved problems, but also gave me a sense of TRUE self care....
SØSTRE SELF™ products are all natural, no preservatives or fillers. They are luxurious, perfectly uncomplicated and force you to slow down and take care of yourself, while giving you a healthy glow.
This skincare routine isn't something
that you check off the list at the end of the day.
It's something you look forward to.​

My Routine

OIL CLEANSER
(I usually cleanse at night. Mornings I will use the Brightener or splash water on my face, pat dry and continue with the Elixir.)
Pour a quarter size of the oil into the palm of your hand and gently massage your face in circular motions.
You won’t find any suds here.
Most of us take about 15 –20 seconds to wash our face.
Instead, cleanse your face for 60 seconds or longer, let the product do its work.
Use a warm wash cloth and place the wash cloth over the face just for a moment.
Then wipe clean.

FACIAL ELIXIR
(morning & night)
Shake. Close your eyes. Spray.

FACIAL OIL
(morning & night)
4-6 drops to face and neck. Delivers essential ingredients directly to the skin (face, neck, chest)

EYE CREAM
(morning & night)
A little goes a long way. Using light pressure, apply under and between eyes. I also swipe my lips for a little lip treatment.
CREAM
(morning & night...or whatever works for you!)
For daytime use, a little bit goes a long way.
Apply generously in the evening to lock in moisture as you sleep.
This cream can be used for MANY THINGS.

BRIGHTENER
(Use three times a week, morning or night, for radiant skin.)
Gently massage for about 45 seconds.
Be mindful not to over exfoliate.
Wet a clean wash cloth with warm water & wipe clean.

CLAY MASK
(Use once a week, to both nourish skin and reduce breakouts.)
Mix dry clay with enough water to create a paste. Spread a thin layer over face and let sit for 10 minutes with steamer. Use a clean wash cloth with warm water to remove.

Oil Cleanser

Ingredients:Â
jojoba oil, sunflower oil, sweet almond oil, pomegranate oil, apricot oil
lavender, rosemary, orange, bergamot, peppermint
Facial Elixir
This magical facial spray is such a treat. Perfect for day and night toner (whether you spray directly on your face or use reusable cotton pads to wipe), excellent for post workout, essential afternoon pick me up, or for headaches. The peppermint oil is refreshing and uplifting leaving you with a beautiful cooling effect. Addicting. Oh. And it's the best travel companion.
FACIAL OIL
Lightweight and silky. I use this every day as my moisturizer and every night under my Dream Cream. And when you apply directly after the Facial Elixir, it's truly an at home spa experience. It's like the cooling effect from the Elixir is extended with big dose of luxurious nutrient loaded moisturizer. Start your day off right and treat yourself at night.
Dream cream
This cream is a gorgeous shade of blue green and smells heavenly! A magical sun relief cream, weather barrier for cold temps, night cream, day cream, heel treatment, beard balm, knees, elbows, even an eye make up remover in a pinch, bikini wax relief, lip treatment, etc.

Brightener
Made with all organic plant based ingredients: jojoba oil and sunflower oil, colloidal oats, chamomile flower powder, calendula flower powder and lavendin flower powder.
Forcing you to slow down and take time for yourself, the Brightener comes in two parts to be mixed: the Dry Blend and the Oil Blend.
The gentle exfoliants will slough off the dry, leaving you with beatiful, glowing skin.
